My managers were both very constructive when it came to feedback. The team was kept in its own room, and it felt like a truly creative family.

Honestly, I wish I had more time with them. Some of the client work would be a little boring but work isn't always suppose to be sunshine and rainbows.

As a 5+ year vet with IMI, it's been amazing to see the agency grow from a small office of just ~20 people to a team of 80+ hardworking, educated humans. I'd like to thank the CEO Brandon for always ensuring a collaborative workspace with like-minded individuals. It's been very refreshing to know that there's always going to be another person in the agency that you can learn and grow from and the chances you find your new best friend outside the workspace is also high! The people who have come in & out of IMI have truly motivated me to be the best digital marketer I can be, while remembering to always have fun while doing your job. The opportunity to grow in your career has been a big plus for me as we're constantly engaging with other teams and learning what they do for our clients. If you have an interest in moving departments, IMI helps to assist in building your knowledge to get there. The culture at IMI is surely what keeps me here as I've made some of the greatest friends over the last 5 years. Whether it's catching up over breakfast on Wake Up Wednesday, mingling during office Happy Hour or getting to know new people while on quarterly off-sites (Wine Tasting, Brew Tours, Summer BBQ, etc.); IMI's culture is one-of-a-kind.

Resources may be tight at times, but I've realized this is the case with majority of agencies and it really just opens the door for you to grow professionaly as you learn to manage muliple accounts and budgets.
