We are glad to be able to offer an excellent organizational culture and support in terms of benefits to our team members. Over the past several months, we have made significant progress in improving the areas that needed to be addressed. We share openly our progress and those areas that still require more focus and support. We believe in transparency and accountability and work on this consistently. We want to also share that we are showing significant momentum in many areas and have plan on tackling any areas requiring development.
