Pros

- Good place to start a career and get applicable experience in the Wellness industry. - I've enjoyed almost everyone that has been employed by the company. They do a great job of bringing in great talent. - Autonomy within my role. As long as you keep your calendar up to date with where you are, you have the ability to function and do your job without someone micro managing you

Cons

- The company does a great job of bringing in talented, hard working individuals, but it doesn't do anything to retain them. Good work goes unappreciated, and the turnover is incredibly high. - Compensation is very low compared to the rest of the industry, especially for t he additional work you do. - Management is reluctant to change. The reporting has been inaccurate for the duration of my employment, and nothing has been done to correct it. - When people leave, they aren't replaced. Their workload and responsibilities are reallocated to the employees still there.

Pros

Great pay for entry level position. Scheduling flexibility. Great company, friendly staff.

Cons

Work availability- work is not regular but based on how many clients are scheduled for screenings. You can go from 40+ hours of work one week to 0 hours the next. EARLY MORNINGS- do NOT take this job if you can't deal with that. Screens start as early as 5am sometimes, which can require getting up as early as 3am. Driving- Interra contracts all over Wisconsin and even in other states. The average you'll be driving to get to a site each day is about 1 hour.

Pros

The clients/patients being served are nice and respectful most of the time.

Cons

Little oversight from management. No management at the locations. Emails not answered. Have several different "leaders" and no real answer. Nurse practitioners working without proper licensure. One manager says one thing and another says another thing. Paycheck was wrong most of the time. They also alter your paycheck to fit their needs. Most of all the changing of policies without telling the staff. Labs ordered are inaccurate. VERY poor health insurance. No retirement. Long hours and lack of help from management. Treated like a commodity and not an employee. Computers do not work right. The employee makes the money but reaps the burnout. Get everything in writing otherwise you will be told what was said never was said.
