I live my life every single day by my mantra "Work Hard, Play Hard, All Day, Everyday." And I can honestly say that I work for a company, Interrupt, where this mantra and mindset couldn't be more fitting.
I work along side of some of the smartest people I've ever met. Each and every day, we push one another to think outside of the box and to go the extra mile. We don't settle for subpar. Our team works together, challenges one another and pushes our thinking ... and at the same time, we stop to celebrate one another with an afternoon dessert or a team lunch! Interrupt is very transparent with our short and long term financials and goals, where we are today, and where we are going to be later in the year. We all contribute to the success of our clients and ourselves.

It's always go time! You've gotta have the drive and determination to be the best you can be every single day. It's not necessarily a "con", but if you don't have that drive and determination to be challenged and to bring it every day, we might not be right for you.
