      Salaries are high, company not afraid to spend money on capital

      Cons

      None of the individual facilities work together. Managed from Beirut, Lebanon and they don't get involved with how employees are mentored or treated.

      Pros

      The pay and benefits were better than average for the area, most likely because it is a Union shop and part of a very large parent company. Overall a good place to work.

      Cons

      Forced overtime often on short notice, can be extremely warm and steamy esp. during hotter months.
