Pros
I enjoy being a part of an organization that is easy to represent. Interstate works to do things the right way and their name and reputation are legitimate and well earned. I'm treated with respect, encouragement and support. The executive team provides positive feedback and are involved in daily operations. I'm provide with the tools, training and flexibility to succeed. Hard to ask for anything more.
Cons
Our dress code is allowed to lapse more than I would like, resulting in our branding and public perception to be inconsistent. You always want the face of your organization, the people at the front counter so to speak, to proudly represent your brand in both attitude and dress code.
