Horrible boss: chauvinism, sexual harassment, places unrealistic productivity over employee needs, doesn’t listen to employee suggestions, no loyalty except to himself, and takes all the interesting patient cases for himself! No support from upper management, as none of them have any background in rehab, only business owners running as a business. They didn’t understand the employee’s needs as therapists for patient care. A lot of pressure to over-bill for hours on patients in order to meet productivity needs. (This is illegal, FYI.)
