Pros
Alchemy's solution is unique (even if dated) and has little competition besides client apathy or indifference. Customer base is very loyal.
Cons
For being a small company, they aren't nimble at all; mgmt can't make strategic decisions from either fear or indecisiveness. Not an innovator (solution dated as previously noted) which puts their outlook at neutral (at best). Two Sr. Managers particularly have ear of CEO but don't have good strategic sense.
