Pros
Good access to a wide level of business operations. Excellent exposure to my field of expertise.
Cons
Continuing Ed not delivered although often promised. Middle and Upper management extremely political which generated some pretty bizzare behaviors. Quality system faulty and frequently sacrificed for short-term $$ gain.
