Pros
Pay, benefits, work balance, friendly coworkers, new management seems to be putting in the effort to better and grow the company from within. New management seems to be wanting to update the equipment and lab supply.
Cons
Equipment is outdated; supplies, like lab items (glassware) are none existent or you have to go to 5 labs to find something but they’re finally working on that under new management. Everyone keeps their own lab equipment and doesn’t like letting other labs use it. You have to go to 3 labs to make brine.
