      Poor management too down No quality No way to do your job well. Bad software Very under staffed Horrible retention No planning Very frugal, unless your upper management they get paid well the rest starve

      Pros

      Fairly independent work environment, with alot of work variety at times. Lot's of PTO.

      Cons

      Minimal/few promotion opportunities. Stubborn managerial structure with too much penny pinching. Little incentive to innovate. Pay could be better.
