Pros
HR do a really good job of making you a part of the company. Monthly updates and some really good integration of how the company works and new things happening.
Cons
The I.T department is so disorganized, The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. There is very much a blame culture and finger pointing and you struggle to build relationships with vendors as they point the finger at them as well. With all that is going on above it doesn't make it a nice place to work and you find yourself looking for ways to cover what you are doing. The support team are made to feel a little worthless as it is all about closing tickets nothing about development of the staff there is a portal but it is a tick box exercise. Nobody reads it or follows through with what is in development portal. There is nothing that makes you think you are part of a team and you all work together as it reads you are on your own.
