Pros
From the Job Posting/Application process, to the interview, to the remote working experience with the Team, I immediately picked up on the fact that Interview Valet has a fresh approach to everything they do. The entire team works remotely from locations around the world, and we have systems that work, and a leadership style that fosters growth and appreciation for hard work. There are also incentives and processes in place that keep you motivated to do and be better, and the leadership is very supportive and helpful. This translates into our guest processes and how we build relationships with our hosts and clients. There is strong leadership on developing a company culture of growth--in what we say and do. Very forward thinking. I have been working remotely for the past 8 years and this is by far the most incredible team and organization I have worked with. I truly feel blessed and grateful to work with Tom and the team here at Interview Valet. We have some wonderful individuals and talents on this team, and they do not go unnoticed or underutilized.
Cons
In my experience so far, there aren't really any cons. With everything being remote, it is important to be flexible and understand that everyone works at a different pace, in a different time zone, and each person interprets/responds to written communication differently--it's important to be adaptable, open, and good with written/spoken communication, and this may be a con for some people.
