Pros

The fellow staff usually tend to be great people, and you're able to be remote.

Cons

The company lacks sense of direction and professionalism, driven primarily by a gaslighting CEO. The turn over rate here is extremely high for a reason. People are over worked, under paid and the women in the company are disrespected, belittled, and talked over. It is pure chaos for a company that has been around for 20 years.

Remote work, not being micromanaged

Cons

Wearing multiple hats, no established processes in place for many things, usually have to do more than your pay or job title should require of you... good starting point but that's about it
