Pros
Good salary and very competitive commission structure, easy access to senior staff and CEO, self driven role with scope for developing your own area of expertise and client base.
Cons
On-boarding was practically non-existent, within first 6 months was still learning about parts of the business and back office structure that should've been crossed off on week 1. Small office environment where everyone's doing their own thing, teaching and assistance is given but it's hard to get a proper run down of how the processes work. Few prospects in upskilling around management, project management, team leading, training and other skills garnered from working in larger firms across multiple teams. I am of the opinion that the role you are in is your role for good, with few prospects of advancement into a managerial role.
