Pros

What stands out first is the way leadership communicates. They are transparent, responsive, and open to straight talk. Goals make sense, the process is tidy, and you feel like your time goes toward work that moves the needle. There is real support for learning, too, from certifications to skill building, and wins are documented so the team can repeat them. The people are sharp and generous. Feedback is specific and useful without turning into busywork. The client mix keeps things interesting and helps you build range. You get real autonomy and trust, matched with clear priorities and accountability, which is a sweet spot for growth. The culture genuinely feels like a family. Folks jump in at a moment’s notice when someone needs a hand, even if it is not their project. New voices are welcomed, questions are encouraged, and credit is shared. It is easy to do your best work when you know the team has your back. Work-life balance is respected. When life happens, there is flexibility. Communication is straightforward, expectations are clear, and the reporting makes it easy to see how your efforts translate into results. It feels like a place where good work gets noticed and shared.

Cons

I've come across none so far.

Pros

This is a group who care about the work they do! They support each other and make you feel like part of the team. This isn't a critique of the Intuitive team, but a fact of working in this industry.

Cons

Agency life can be tough because marketing spend can grow or shrink based on many economic factors.

Pros

The benefits are solid. They fully cover the cost of the lowest health plan. The "unlimited PTO" realistically translates into 21-30 days per year, plus holidays - pretty good by today's standards. They also offer some fun auxiliary things, like funding the company secret santa and giving end of year bonuses. I truly liked most of the people I worked with. This was the first job in which I've genuinely looked forward to things like team bonding events.

Cons

The company was unstable for most of my time employed. About 20% of the company was laid off a few months in, including my manager. That was followed by the constant threat of more layoffs, high turnover, resentment between team members, deep distrust of top leadership from nearly every team member, I could go on... I believe that the company's leadership means well and are probably decent people at heart. But my personal experience with them included a lot of dishonesty and manipulation. They have built a company culture that tries VERY hard to convince you that you're in a safe and inclusive environment where your humanity will be valued above all else, including profit. So it's ironic that this company was the one that made me feel more dehumanized and disrespected than any other job I've held. Regardless, I wouldn't advise anyone against working here if your heart says yes. What I would advise is to focus on the job and avoid getting emotionally invested in the people and the culture. My mistake was genuinely trusting people to be who they say they are and stay true to their word. In the story of my career, Intuitive Digital was the tough way I learned that companies really don't care about you no matter how much the cultural language screams that they do. You'll be fine as long as you understand that going in and don't expect them to be different than any other company.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a candid review. We deeply appreciate you sharing both what you valued and what you found challenging during your time at Intuitive Digital. We’re glad to hear that our benefits, bonus programs, and team culture stood out in positive ways—and especially that your connections with coworkers were a meaningful part of your experience. Creating a workplace where people can bring their full selves and genuinely enjoy being together has always been one of our core goals, and it means a lot that that came through for you. That said, it’s clear we fell short in important ways. We’re especially sorry to hear that your experience felt dehumanizing and marked by distrust. As a B Corp, we’ve built our company around the belief that people and purpose should always come before profit—but we understand that, in practice, that didn’t align with your experience. We’re taking your words to heart. The layoffs you mentioned were incredibly difficult decisions, and the impact they had on individuals and on team morale is something we continue to reflect on. Transparency, accountability, and empathy are not just values we put on paper—they’re qualities we strive to live daily. But your feedback is a reminder that intent isn’t enough without consistent follow-through. We are committed to doing better. That includes improving our communication, owning our mistakes, and continuing to build a culture of trust that honors each person’s humanity—not just when it’s easy, but especially when it’s hard. We genuinely wish you all the best in your career ahead, and thank you again for helping us grow through your feedback. Warmly, Nick Footer, CEO & Cultivator of Happiness
