Terrible Managers that are toxic and have no idea how to lead others, OR correct those on the team that are full reps that are not pulling their weight. Pay is terrible for the crazy long hours worked, especially in this role where you will spend more time on site than the reps who are making 10x your full yearly pay. I have never seen anyone fired from this company, they are completely okay with mediocre performance even though that mediocre performance of others directly impacts YOUR pay. Some peers will be ready to promote prior to the "required 2yrs," but it will all depend on your manager and how much you suck up to them if you will EVER promote...had great reviews but managers hold grudges. CTAs your not really safe until your a full rep because unless you want to move somewhere that no one else in the company wants to go, the management will eventually let you sit in your spot until you leave to go make 100x the pay Intuitive is willing to put out to CTAs. Overall terrible work-life balance with unrealistic and outdated sales philosophy's. The thought behind the company is caring for the patient...but you learn quick it is anything but that....the motivation is case counts only, regardless if they need the system or not, or if the surgeon is ready for that procedure or not.
