      Great work atmosphere with freedom to innovate. Management gives us the opportunity To pursue our own ideas. Able to develop a new process from concept to commercial.

      Cons

      Research based company relying on investors. We are constantly trying to market ourselves and sell technology to clients rather than producing our own products.

      Pros

      Inventure Renewables has an excellent technology platform, offers good access to research resources, and fosters a team-oriented, interdisciplinary work environment.

      Cons

      Inventure's basic research interests are very scattershot and disjointed. Research autonomy is non-existent; PhDs are used as lab techs and engineers are treated as glorified plumbers.
