Unprofessional and immature management - Anonymous employee Inventus Law Employee Review

Inventus hires only young attorneys who they can manipulate into accepting super low salaries (starting salaries for attorneys range from $50,000-$70,000) and unrealistic work expectations (working long hours, always being available on nights and weekends, etc.). Management is extremely unprofessional, immature and irrational. Most of the work is US-India cross border transactions so the experience is not very transferable to other jobs. Promotions, raises, hiring and firing are done completely at random and based on personal biases and favorites. Turnover is really high for a law firm (most attorneys leave after a year).
