Pros

BlueSilverShift is a fast paced, challenging place to work, but with a great team dynamic. The company is experiencing rapid growth, and has been quickly evolving and adding new talent to meet the growing demand. This type of growth can be very difficult to manage, but the Partners have been doing a good job at maintaining the type of positive environment and culture that got them to this point. Pros: • Active and supportive Partners that understand the technology and aren't just empty suits. • Great team dynamic with no egos or office politics to get in the way . • Interesting clients and projects that keep things different from day to day. • Management that actively seeks new technology and methods, is open to change, and doesn't cling stubbornly to old ways of doing things. • Hard work is acknowledged and appreciated, but the need for balance is respected. • Work from home day is an option. • Free gym membership at a great facility, including showers, that is on-site at the office.

Cons

There is the potential for the company to experience some growing pains if the current pace continues. However, so far this hasn't been a problem. Cons: • The office is going to become a bit cramped in the not too distant future, if the current rate of growth continues.
