The work was fun - and lot of scope to do things creatively. You understand and get to work on projects on multiple departments.

- Micromanaging : From telling you how to plan your day, to asking you to provide updates every day and grill you why you didn't complete x and y task, they want to control everything. - Obvious favoritism: It was very clear that some employees were favoured more than the others and will gain the appreciation even if you worked hard at something. - Odd working hours: Expecting you to work on sundays, or late nights, and early mornings, even if you are unwell - you must work. - Tight deadlines: Will give you 2 hours to complete something which will take 5 hours and then tell you or gaslight you that you can't manage time properly.

1) Small team- ideal for freshers to try their hands on to multiple roles. 2) Stress-free work culture 3) The management is supportive and will help you grow in whatever capacity you serve them. 4) The founders have a motivating attitude and will always push their employees to be their betterself.

1) Though the management is highly skilled and cooperative, I could hardly interact with them and hence couldn't learn much. One reason for this could be covid time and other could be my time of joining. I joined in when the company was in the middle of working on some new module and hence the management was very occupied. 2) The compensation you would get may be little less than what you deserve. Not to be considered a case most of the times, but sometimes may be it could happen.
