Pros
No pros. The owner of the company is running a factory where he treats his employees like anything. No work ethic. No salary in time. Rude behaviour. After few days he will ask you to work on commission. Being a broker is different thing. Dalal is something else. So never join this fraud organisation.
Cons
Salary cut that too not on time. Zero work ethic. He runs a Baniya ki shop. Doesn't have guts to do bigger things. Will think twice to get max profit without investing. About profesional behaviour, he wears slipper in his cabin. 😂
