Pros
The interview process was straightforward, and the salary was fine for an entry-level position.
Cons
There were no female engineers, no female managers, and I quickly learned why. No matter how well I did at my job nor how much my team praised me, management considered me a burden. Daring to need disability adjustments solidified this opinion for good. When I tried to speak up about how I was treated, my contract was immediately terminated.
Other colleagues complained of stagnant wages and chronic undertraining - an experience so universal it created a culture of "We have to look out for each other because the company won't look out for us."
One can see why they had to get so good at hiring when they're so awful at retaining their staff.
