      Pros

      Interesting people. Decent base pay and benefits. Flexible schedule if you need to take care of something. Decent company parties (Maybe 1 a yr)

      Cons

      Spineless executives who try to throw you under the bus. Unreasonable expectations with no coaching or training. And if you want a pat on the back you better be a "golden boy". NO raises the whole time I was there. Getting ghosted by CEO and CFO when you needed something and only getting help when they deemed it was necessary. No clear direction on where the company was going.

      high salary pay with wide range of sites to work on.

      Cons

      no task management and project management systems so its hard to have a general view of the current project you are working on and the target to focus.

      The best day with this company will be the day that you leave their employment.

      1. Ever believing any of the lies told by owners of the company 2. Having management (who was really cash-strapped) try to appear flush with resources as they continued to downsize their staff from dwindling revenue and horrendous business decisions 3. Outright disregard for business relationships - including those with employees - and having absolutely no regard for honesty once so ever, up to an including demanding employees lie to clients
