      Cons

      - the overtime is not payed - poor engineering team, missing a lot of professionalism. -Underqualified managers and engineers -Family business, decisions are taken by relatives. -high positions go to relatives -no bonus -insurance is paid fully by the employee. -No extra benefits for an underpaid salary - no OSHA standards, and not intended to protect employees from work accidents.

      Pros

      The payment is ok, and they are flexible while you are working.

      Cons

      A lot of work and they don't recognize it. It doesn't matter if you are really good in your work, they wouldn't give you an increase in your salary.
