I have worked through a few different job roles and opportunities at InvoiceCloud, including both operations and engineering roles. In each role I was supported by my coworkers, managers as well as team members in other departments. The work we do is challenging but also fun and collaborative within and across our teams to solve problems for our customers using our platform. I always feel that I can trust other teams to complete their tasks on time and with high quality effort and that they place their trust in me to do the same. As new opportunities within InvoiceCloud have opened up, the company is always open to finding the best fit for each employee. I've learned a great deal about payments, customer engagement solutions and now sales at IC. Beyond my previousexperience with technical software integrations and project management, it is exciting to learn new areas and get the mentoring and support from team others with more experience. I can now pass on my knowledge to our newer team members; it has been fun to help mentor the next generation of new employees and help them succeed. Making the jump from my prior company where I was at for 8+ years to InvoiceCloud was easily the best career decision I've made.
Cons
We are a market leader and a growing company so there is always a fast pace and strong emphasis to maintain our product and expand our customer base. For some this can be overwhelming if they don't know who to turn to for help or how to ask for help.
