The Companys management should be focusing on hiring experience staff rather then freshers. Lot of favoritism and politics is happening

No significant positive aspects observed during my tenure. Limited growth opportunities. Could not identify any major strengths in the organization. Overall experience did not meet expectations. No notable advantages compared to similar organizations. Minimal learning or career development opportunities.

Need improvement in internal processes.
