Irby Utilities was very family friendly. Just an overall great company with great people. Customer Service was top notch, and they treat there employees well.
Cons
I have no cons. If I had to give any criticism it would probably be to have a better sales structure overall.
The CONS list is longer than the pros. District management is toxic on a good day. It's a good ol' boy culture and you better hope your a good fit because strong work ethic and drive mean nothing. Training for their systems is a myth...period.
