      Good hardworking staff always willing to go the extra mile and hour. Day shift started at 8:30am which helped facilitate morning errands. Conveniently located.

      Cons

      Poor organizational structure and management communication. Too many loose company programs causing lack of vision and guidance. Poor supervisor feedback.

      Pros

      CEO has a good vision for how he wants to build company.

      Cons

      Several managerial positions are poor at their jobs or act independently of the direction the company is working towards. The Finance department is unable to properly keep track of bills or outright refuses to follow through with any sort of fiduciary standards. Sales staff has their own interests in mind and works to oversell non-existent inventory or outright lies when making promises to clients and retailers.
