      Pros

      Have decent coworkers, Leadership is not too bad. Pay is okay.

      Cons

      Don't care about their employees. Company is trying to achieve an unattainable goal, which is to make $15 billion by year 2028. Many HRBP, TA, HR from all levels has been laid off, Provide promotions to leadership but not mid-level individual contributors. Leaders get hundreds of thousands a year in salary while Mid-level struggles. A lot of Favoritism.

      Great interview process! Manager and colleagues are friendly and easily accessible. As a new hire I am looking forward to learning more about the company and how I can be a part of their success.
