Pros
Company's vision and mission, caring about working for a better world, most of teams kept about a 70% remote working after the pandemics. They are flexible and open-minded, really care for diversity and inclusion. Very good training offer for researchers.
Cons
Most of the positions are significantly underpayed, you can't compare them with similar roles in the market, specially when all the personnel speaks and work in at least 2-3 simultaneous languages and performs all kind of tasks. 70% of the contracts are temporary. High turnover of people and difficulty in creating a sense of cohesion and belonging.
