Pros
You get to work with interesting clients in the hospitality industry and meet worthwhile media contacts.
Cons
The owners' extreme micromanagement and their lack of trust in employees leads to a terrible and unhealthy work environment. They tout "work from home" as a bonus, but do that because you are expected to be working all the time. You will live with constant anxiety over the fear of getting a text, email or call from the male owner at any hour on any day of the week. He will belittle and humiliate you if you make a small mistake or do something differently than he would, because he is a control freak and a bad leader. I could go on forever about how terribly he treats his employees, but just read the other reviews. Take a look at the agency's constant turnover of employees and clients, which speaks for itself.
