Filled with alot of talented people so you can learn alot. Everyone's roles are clearly defined so there is accountability. Supplier list is extensive. Paycheck is weekly on a Wednesday so you are never broke:-)

Every one goes to lunch at same time. No vacation the first year and maximum vacation is 10 days no matter how long you work there. 401K in non existent and hours are long 8:30am - 6pm daily. There is no growth potential in regards to your position. Its a family owned business so their rule is law. Upper management employees are abrasive, Overall not a warm atmosphere. Definitely not for the mild mannered.
