You can easily run into the best professionals in town at any corner. There is a strong respect for the Corporate Government, and you can easily verify that every important decision is taken attending to the Mission and Vision of the company. The employees are nice, and they will treat you with respect (even if you are only an intern). The corporate culture is truly welcoming, and you can easily feel at home with them. Besides, they will be constantly inviting you to participate in big tasks (so you can get your hands dirty and take a grasp of the real job) and they will constantly encourage you to enroll in some of the courses that they offer if they think they are going to serve you for your career or your personal growth.

The only Con is that when you finish your internship, you have to leave...
