Covid force the worker to mass layoff, but company wash hands about that. - Server Ismaya Group Employee Review

When i am working there, covid starts and mass layoff happened because the place is closed. The weird thing is in the experience certificate it stated we are resigned at our own will which isn't true as we are forced to resign at that time. The company doesn't care about the employee at that time and only care about keeping profit. Also, the working hours is super long and it's not worth it, thus the employee's turnover is high.
