They treat employees well al the time

The smell is hard to get used to

Pay is pretty competitive. Good benefits. Health, vision, dental, life insurance. A fair amount of PTO and paid holidays. 401k with limited match.

This company has been bought out twice since i hired on and it is definitely not the company i used to be thrilled to work for. The place has zero work life balance. I have had a coworker whose kid broke their arm and 3 and they wouldnt let him leave 30 minutes after his shift ended (he stayed late to help) to tend to his child. Management told him that work was and would always be more important than family. IsoNova is a toxic work environment. Management has zero respect for the employees well being. Management is rude, demeaning, condesending, and blaintantly disrespectful towards associates. This is not the place to work if you have dreams of advancing your career. Management treats the employee like just another number instead of human beings that might also have obligations outside of work during their time off.
