      Pros

      I met some good people and gained good industry experience for renewables. Base salary PTO 3 weeks/year

      Cons

      Poor/no communication from management or HR Disorganization Constant change in org structure No consistent salary reviews/adjustments with added responsibility (more work, no pay) No bonuses No training Main product offering is very poor for the industry No clear path for growth or opportunities Siloed departments, especially between North America and Spain

      Pros

      Great People, plenty that I would work with again if given a chance.

      Cons

      Difficult to do work with little support from Spain, seemingly by design. HR in Spain has no understanding of how properly do benefits in the US. Health insurance mess ups, no disability insurance and 401k vesting schedule that came out of nowhere (aka not on offer letter)
