High expectations, low resources and support - Anonymous employee Italia Conti Employee Review

Role and professionalism expectations are unreasonable based on the resources or personnel provided. Unsustainable level of busy resulting in a high turnover of staff. Most of the Senior Management are somewhat institutionalised (been at Conti for a very long time and/or have never worked anywhere else) and do not listen to outside or new advice. I have suggested several solutions to issues and have been ignored as it isn't 'the Conti way.'
