Unfortunately, my experience at Iterable was extremely disappointing. Although the company is a later-stage startup, they still face challenges and growing pains more commonly found at earlier stage companies.
There is frequent leadership turnover, no real strategic direction from the executive team, and the culture has significantly deteriorated over the last few years.
The company positions itself as one with strong core values when in practice the employee experience is extremely inconsistent with those ideals and very disheartening, discouraging, and disrespectful.
I would not recommend working here given the lack of vision, struggling financials, eroding culture and overall divisive atmosphere.
