Pros

Got a short term contract and find the company's staff helpful and answering all my questions and concerns quickly. Have not had any trouble communicating with them

Cons

Haven't faced any cons yet, maybe the health insurance would offer better plans.

Pros

I've gotten everything I could ask for in working with Ivesia... There is a lot of fast paced collaboration, a successful staff, and this team is truly a lot more fun to work with than other places I've been before. The management is top notch and reasonable. The owner is the most likable, and ethical, guy ever. The list of clients is an endless national list, and the sales team is a small competent group. Their isn't really any micro-management. The team is built on a combination of veterans, and eager rookies willing to work together, and everyone seems to really like everyone else, genuinely. We've been very successful in the last few years, and are sustaining growth with some loyal clients. Great work / life balance. Plus, we sponsor H1's in house, as well.

Cons

I guess the regular stuff - A lot of pivoting & evolving strategies that don't turn out to be long term game plans. That has it's upside too though, for recruiting on hot client needs, in real time, before competition swoops in.

Pros

Interview process was pretty fast and onboarding was relatively smooth. Pay and reimbursement was on time and had no issues.

Cons

* Once hired the recruiter I worked with never contacted me again! After starting the job, I had an issue with the position I was contracted for. I tried contacting the recruiter by email, no response! I sent him a text, no response! I believe they knew about this issue and never informed me! I found out about the contract issue by accident, on my own, weeks after I was hire and while on the job! Then was intentionally avoided when I tried to inquire about it. * Also have a very restrictive non-compete. * For a "Preferred" Cerner vendor they do not have any open contracts! So then that non-competes comes back to bite you when you find someone else who DOES have actual open contracts.
