      Pros

      Flexible working hours, friendly team, I am very fond of our team lead. Coding practices are very well maintained, there is very little of bad legacy code. You don't need to take a sick leave if you are sick for just couple of days, just tell them you're ill. Also, they partially pay for your medical expenses through BestDoctor.

      Cons

      Office location is extremely inconvenient (15 min walk from Varshavskaya), but it is going to be resolved this summer or so I heard.
