Pros

I am not sure why Ivy Exec has gotten some 'not so great' reviews. I guess if some people don't get exactly what they want, they get upset and leave a bad review. I have been at Ivy Exec for the past 4 years (longer than any other company I have worked for) and LOVE it here. The work/life balance is fantastic, the management team are always there for you, we always have fun company outings. I have been offered several offers at other companies since I've been here with much higher salaries and declined the offers, because I'm happy here. I really enjoy working at Ivy Exec and am quite certain the other employees are happy too. We have Free lunch on Fridays and no one 'micro-manages' you. They just expect you to do your work. If you don't feel well and would prefer to work from home that day, you have the option to do so. Very casual company, we do have targets to meet, but its work and what we get paid for. I'm very surprised from the other reviews and I'm always one to complain - so take my word for it, from the various companies I have worked for, this is by far the one I have enjoyed working for the most.

Cons

The team is growing and growing and a bigger office space would be great.

Pros

Friendly Co-workers, hybrid work options

Cons

Since being purchased by PE group CIVC, Ivy has lost all respect for employees. It has become another example of capitalist greed, where making millions is no longer enough to secure the jobs of employees. Prediction: In the coming years all Ivy employees will be phased out in favor of the parent InnovateMR and the name Ivy Exec likely wont exist, but instead will be fully consumed by the acquiring company. Those looking for longevity should look to get hired directly by the parent rather than risk being phased out.
