      Pros

      I really enjoyed the freedom to teach as I saw fit to great students. The Ivy Tech of the past is gone and the facilities improve exponentially every year.

      Cons

      Hot and Cold management. Unclear and phony promises for any sort of improvement. No constancy from one semester to another. Few long term plans possible with the Company.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
