      L’unico vantaggio erano alcuni colleghi

      un'organizzazione carente e mancanza evidente di opportunità di crescita professionale. la mancanza di prospettive di avanzamento ha reso il lavoro poco motivante. L’apice è che l’azienda si vende e si presenta come azienda Smart ma poi ostacolano lo smart working e non lo vedono di buon occhio
