Lack of transparency from store director and managers about hours and hiring conditions. If they told me that I’d only be getting 4 hour shifts and one per week due to overhiring at that, I wouldn’t have taken the job. They also never said when the seasonal sales associate position would end and wouldn’t give me any answers when asked.
