A simple task takes twice as much time to be done because of that. - They have PLM system, but just fill people use it. - Teams work independently, as they are their own company, using different tolls and processes - Managers micromanage, and do not improve process or create strategies to improve team work. - Culture of Kindness is no where to be found, just Loneliness.
