      Pros

      The best part of working at FFW is the people. I love the friendships that I've been able to make with my colleagues, and working with smart and competent people makes all the difference.

      Cons

      Not unlike other agencies I've worked at, it can be hard to carve out time to work on initiatives outside of ongoing client work.

      Really kind people to work for who actually do care about work/life balance and employee experience

      Cons

      Nothing significant. They're fully remote, so if you want an office, this isn't for you, but the flexibility was great.
