      Lack of infrastructure, lack of management and project planning, young resources are assigned to too many projects without any proper preparation. Salaries are lower the market averate and there are no benefits.

      Really kind people to work for who actually do care about work/life balance and employee experience

      Cons

      Nothing significant. They're fully remote, so if you want an office, this isn't for you, but the flexibility was great.
