After joining JB Connect Limited, I can confidently say it’s a fantastic place to work. The work environment is supportive, respectful, and well-organized. The CEO, a kind and humble Japanese gentleman, leads with sincerity and care—which reflects across the entire team. I truly appreciate the discipline and values the company upholds. Salary is always on time, and the additional perks like lunch benefits, transport facilities , Breakfast , unlimited coffee/tea , Annual Tour and a lots of benefits make the daily routine smoother and more enjoyable. Overall, I feel valued and comfortable working here, and I’m grateful to be part of such a professional and caring organization.

It is very hard to find Cons here, With more and more talented people joining the team, the current two-floor office setup is starting to feel a bit congested. A bigger space would definitely help accommodate all teams more comfortably and maintain the great work atmosphere we have.
