Pros
JBAndrews is by far the best job I've ever had. The support is second-to-none and the training is in-depth and customised to your learning style. The environment is so friendly and open. I always felt comfortable asking for help whenever I needed it and sharing any work-related or personal struggles. The incentives are unreal, abu dhabi, F1, bali, dubai etc.... The team are all really helpful and welcoming, they celebrate everyones successes as though they are your own. Ben Liggins in particular is such a fantastic boss. He is so incredibly understanding and supportive, I feel really lucky to have spent part of my career here. I have made some lifelong friends and grown so much as a person in my time at JBAndrews. I honestly can't recommend them enough.
Cons
The bowls are too small, sometimes I had to use two bowls to fit my lunch in and also I am not good at Pool or ping-pong which means I lose all the time.
